Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the EntheoryAI software platform provided by ENTHEORY AI PRIVATE LIMITED to hospital networks, oncologists, and healthcare organizations.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the EntheoryAI platform, hospital administrators, oncology coordinators, and clinical users agree to be bound by these Terms, along with all applicable Indian digital health directives under the National Health Authority (NHA).
2. Authorized Clinical Use
EntheoryAI provides software for data aggregation, FHIR resource normalization, and clinical summarization for tumor board preparation. The platform is designed exclusively for authorized healthcare professionals. Users represent and warrant that they possess valid medical licenses or hospital authorizations to handle patient records.
3. Intellectual Property
All algorithms, software architectures, user interfaces, OCR parsing engines, and branding associated with EntheoryAI are the exclusive intellectual property of ENTHEORY AI PRIVATE LIMITED.
4. Service Availability & SLA
For Team and Enterprise tiers, service availability SLAs (up to 99.9% uptime) are governed by specific Business Associate Agreements (BAA) signed between ENTHEORY AI PRIVATE LIMITED and the customer hospital network.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising under these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana, India.
